Service Description

Testicular or scrotal ultrasound is a non-invasive diagnostic study that allows for a detailed evaluation of the testicles, epididymis, spermatic cords, and scrotal structures using high-resolution ultrasound waves. It does not use radiation, is painless, and provides immediate results, making it the most reliable method for studying pathologies of the male reproductive system. During the evaluation, testicular size, echogenicity, and morphology are analyzed, as well as the presence of structural abnormalities. Main clinical indications: Testicular pain or swelling. Suspected testicular torsion or epididymitis. Presence of a testicular mass or nodule. Evaluation of varicocele, hydrocele, or scrotal hernia. Post-surgical monitoring or follow-up of previous injuries. Study of male infertility or abnormalities in the semen analysis. Ultrasound can detect everything from mild inflammatory processes to tumors or vascular abnormalities, providing essential information for a rapid and accurate diagnosis. Preparation: No fasting or special measures are required. The exam is outpatient and performed in a lying position, ensuring patient comfort and privacy. 📍 Schedule your testicular ultrasound today and receive a reliable, safe, and professional evaluation.
